If you cancel, here's what you can expect regarding your website and data:
1. Website Hosting & Access
The website is built on a software platform that enables it to interact with our other services. As a result, there is no simple method of transferring ownership to you If you cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your website will go offline, and you will lose access to any other features you may be paying for. If you're on our Marketing Pillars Package, you can downgrade to a Website Hosting & Maintenance plan for $97/mo. Alternatively, you can open your own independent account on the same platform we use. We can then "hand off" the entire site and sub-account to you so you can manage it personally. This will cost the same $97/mo as our Website Hosting & Maintenance plan, but you will lose access to hosting and maintenance services available through Click Midwest.
2. Your Data and Leads
You always own your customer data. Before your final day of service, you can export your entire contact list, lead history, and appointment data into a CSV file to take with you to any other CRM or email tool.
3. Content Ownership
All text, branding, and imagery provided by you or created specifically for your brand remain your intellectual property. You are free to copy and repurpose all content for use on a new platform if you choose to rebuild elsewhere.
