Whitelabel Infrastructure Disclosure: Our Services are provided through a white-labeled software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. We share your information with our primary infrastructure provider, HighLevel, which acts as our sub-processor. HighLevel and its own sub-processors (including LeadConnector, Twilio, and Mailgun) process your data only to the extent necessary to deliver the features of our platform (e.g., CRM hosting, email delivery, and SMS). By using Click Midwest, you acknowledge that your data is stored and processed on this third-party infrastructure.
SMS Data Protection Statement
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We implement strict data protection measures to safeguard your SMS opt-in information and consent records.
CRM Data: Lead information stored in HighLevel is retained until you request deletion or we deem the contact inactive.
Analytics Data: Retained for up to 14 months (GA4 standard).
Click Midwest is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover a child under 13 has provided data, we will delete it immediately.
GPC: We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt-out of non-essential tracking.
DNT: We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser headers.

Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Click Midwest through our website at clickmidwest.com, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.
Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.
